We recently had some water damage in our kitchen and had a couple of people come out to make an inspection. When Johnny from JW Home Care came out, it was an easy choice to go with him and the company for the job. Throughout the process, Johnny was patient and communicative as well as very detail oriented and thorough in his work, even if it meant an extra trip for him. His calm, forthright demeanor really helped to calm us down during the stressful situation. And all for a GREAT price!!

I cannot tell you the amount of gratitude my husband and I have for Jonathan at JW Home Care. As first time homeowners, we were really nervous about coming across water damage in the kitchen and had no idea where to turn and how to file a claim with our insurance. I called Jonathan as a second opinion, after the first company gave us a sketchy, unrealistic estimate and expectations for how the entire process could go.

Jonathan arrived same day, was courteous, professional and straight to the point. He was honest about the potential damage and at no time did he try to sell his services. It felt like I was getting professional advice from a friend. We decided to hire him and are beyond happy that we did.

Since the damage was extensive and our homeowners insurance would be involved, Jonathan also referred us to Patrick from Golden Cost Claims (also local) who helped guide us through the claims process and made sure we were adequately compensated for the necessary repairs. Something I definitely would not have been able to navigate confidently on my own.

Together, Jonathan and Patrick made our kitchen repairs almost effortless on our part. Jonathan kept us informed and updated at every turn and his team worked quickly and efficiently to restore our kitchen to so much better than it was before.

I cannot thank JW Home Care enough for the quality work and expert advice we received. Hiring him and his team on was the best decision we made in what could have otherwise become a disaster in repairs and a financial strain. If you’re dealing with water damage, stop no further because JW Homecare is who you want to use. Jon and his team made the process seamless! Coming home to your kitchen flooded with water to then dealing with Insurance is stressful enough! Brining in JW homecare took this process to whole different level. I was able to achieve a kitchen I never thought possible! Photos are proof enough!

I recommend J.W. Home Care. We had water damage and Jonathan Wagoner came to our house. He was friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a price that was half the price of the vendor who came before him.They did a great job.

JW Home Care found the water leak and dried out everything that got affected from the water. The technician markanthony came when they said they would come and so I didn't have any problem with scheduling. They also always let me know with a call or text if they were on their way if it was an unscheduled thing. JW Home Care did a very good, professional job and I was very satisfied. I would definitely recommend them.

I wanted to see how much water damage was in the wall. I called JW Home Care and they expedited my request. They came out right away to examine the water damage. The technician markanthony & Jason did what they were supposed to do, and gave me an analysis. They are very nice, helpful and professional. I would recommend JW Home Care.

Thank god for JW Home Care! We woke up to a broken water heater that leaked from our garage under the wall and into our room. Nothing like stepping onto a squishy soaked carpet to wake you up in the morning! I called JW Home Care and they had someone out within the hour to start the clean up! I was very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency of their work. They also helped us find someone to install a new water heater and worked with us on a payment plan since we were definitely not ready for this! Fingers crossed that nothing like this ever happens again but if it does that’s who I will call. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys!!

He was extremely communicative and gave me an answer to all my questions. This really put me at ease 🙂 The job was completed quickly, without issues, while keeping me informed all the way through completion!! My property is now mold free! I would HIGHLY recommend!
